MENU.IT Inc. ("we", "us") explains below how we handle personal information submitted through the English pages of this website. This policy covers our enquiry form and your use of this site. Our services inside Korea (equipment rental agreements, direct debit, credit checks) are covered by the Korean-language privacy policy.

2. What we collect and why
Our enquiry form collects the following.

We use it only to:
- respond to your enquiry and stay in touch about it;
- prepare proposals, quotes and meetings about a possible rollout;
- review enquiries in aggregate to improve our service.
We do not use it for anything else. If that ever changes, we will ask you first.
3. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for one year after we finish handling your enquiry, then delete them. If we go on to do business together, we keep records for the term of the contract and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 6).
4. International transfer
Your information is transferred to and held in the Republic of Korea.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law.
5. Processors
We use an internal customer-management system and internal messaging tools to handle enquiries. Processors are bound by contract not to use the data for any other purpose, not to sub-contract without permission, and to apply security measures. We supervise their compliance.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct, complete or delete it;
- stop using it, or stop sharing it.
Email help@menuit.io. We will verify your identity and respond without undue delay, free of charge.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not discriminate against anyone who exercises their rights.
If the GDPR applies to you: our legal basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can refuse cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then not work as intended.
8. Security
- Organisational: internal policies, a named officer, regular staff training.
- Technical: access-rights management for systems holding personal data, access control, regular monitoring.
- Physical: controlled entry to server rooms, records storage and offices.
